I had enjoyed a successful senior management career for over 15 years as a senior manager working in global and national organisations. My career success was against all the odds of my background. I had failed my 11 plus and left school at 15 without an O level due to the premature death of my father. I fell into a career by mistake, and despite several promotions, for many years I suffered from Imposter Syndrome
The roles I held and the status they gave me taught me a lot about success, business, and most of all, people. Then something – or rather someone, entered my world who changed the direction of my life. My new boss turned out to be a narcissistic bully. The experience left me shocked and burnt-out, and I knew I needed a change.
In 1999 coaching as career was new to the UK. Keen to understand what it was and if it could help me get clear my career direction, I booked a few sessions. My experience was variable, but I loved the empowering ethos of coaching and the idea of becoming a coach myself was born. I knew I could help others. Fast forward 20 years, I have helped hundreds of career and business professional and worked wit companies to solve a range of challenges. Coaching enables me to make a positive difference every day, I was born to do this work I love.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to coach and mentor others to grow their business or get the job of their dreams. It is hugely rewarding seeing the end results of those I have worked with as they launch new ventures, take their businesses to the next level, or find a new fulfilling career.
Personal development and positive psychology are central to my coaching style. I am beyond fascinated by the power of the mind and the potential within us all to create the life experience we want when we aware of it, and learn how to use it. Our inner world is the key to creating a successful and happy outer world.
