Executive coaching is a confidential strategic partnership. It helps senior leaders navigate the challenges that come with having a role at the top of the business – be that a large organisation or a small SME – their role matters. It helps with clarity, decision making, leadership team relationship, developing self-awareness, and navigating complex challenges.
I can only speak about my approach because every coach is different, like every client we work differently. I work bespoke and tailor my services and each session to my clients needs. For example, you may want to walk through a major decision, soundboard idea, talk through a team relationship issue, or strategise.
I work with CEOs, executive directors, and senior leaders typically in high-pressure high responsibility roles. My clients need a trusted and confidential partner to talk openly, challenge their thinking and support their growth and success in their role.
My advice is at this level look for a coach who has real-world business and leadership experience, with a good track record in coaching. You want to feel safe to speak openly and have an affinity. Be open to challenge, so your coach can stretch you in all the right ways, and leave each session feeling supported, heard, and with greater clarity and confidence.

Yes I do. I offer coaching packages tailored to your goals, timeline, budget and level of support. I design your programme with you based on what you have told me you need now but also with the flexibility to evolve the content as your needs and priorities change throughout the programme.
Yes I do! As a former senior female leader myself who worked in male-dominated sectors – engineering, automotive and rail industries to name a few, I am passionate about helping female leaders navigate their unique challenges. I work bespoke so we address the specific issues you are facing whether that is cultural or more specific, and we strengthen the areas you need help with.
Absolutley 100% confidential. Whether I’m working with you independently or through your organisation, everything we discuss in session stays between us. There are some situations where I work in a triage with my client as part of a performance improvement plan or to prepare them for a promotion, in which case we agree the boundaries in advance to still ensure confidentiality. Absolute trust is core to my coaching.
Yes definitely. I have found that a big contributor to burnout is the sense of isolation due to the perceived stigma around overwhelm. Burnout is a natural consequence of overload, it’s not an illness and you are not broken. Regardless of your level of seniority, age or gender, coaching can provide a safe and confidential space to talk, feel heard, offload, reflect and recharge your energy, so you find new positivity and perspective which will help rebuild your confidence.
